Whether you’re ordering a premium stroller, carrier, or accessory, we’ve streamlined our delivery process to bring comfort and quality right to your doorstep. This page outlines our shipping timelines, available locations, costs, and procedures, so you know exactly what to expect once you hit “purchase.”

  • Orders over $59 qualify for free FedEx Ground shipping.
  • Available only within the 48 contiguous United States.
  • We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes.
  • Orders are processed within 1 business day.
  • Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Weekend and holiday orders ship the next business day.
  • All orders ship from our U.S. warehouses in:
    • Buford, GA
    • Rancho Cucamonga, CA
    • San Diego, CA
  • FedEx tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
  • You can track your package at  FedEx Tracking.
  • To maintain free shipping for all customers, expedited shipping is not offered at this time.
  • We accept dropshipping addresses and gift orders.
  • Please include any special instructions during checkout.
  • Inspect your package upon arrival.
  • If damaged, email photos to 📧 pet@ibiyaya-usa.com immediately.
  • Retain all packaging materials for claims.
  • Ibiyaya is not liable for loss, theft, or damage during transit, but we’ll assist with courier claims and replacements.
